Nice room and view however lifts were not working and difficult getting luggage to room. Cost 26 dollars for two small beers which is ridiculous. I would stay again though due to location and sea air.

We stayed there for the sunset party at the waterfront restaurant and absolutely loved it!

It is older, but they have done a phenomenal job of making it cute and clean!

House of horrors! We arrived a little early and asked for an early check-in. After waiting in line for close to an hour, they said that there were no rooms available but they'd call us as soon as one was ready. No problem. We left and did some exploring. We never received a call so returned at 4:30 (checkin was at 4p.m.). We waited in another long line. Once checked in, the desk clerk gave us our building and room number. We were on the third floor but told that the elevator was out of order. We were not offered help getting our bags to our rooms. Luckily, I was with someone strong and able enough to carry the bags. We got them to the third floor and found that our room was not actually in that building so were then required to carry the bags back down the stairs. Upon getting back downstairs, we crossed a mother trying to carry all of the bags for her family up the stairs and an elderly man trying to carry bags for himself and his wife. We helped where we could. I also noticed that the public bathrooms on the third floor had the doors propped open so when walking by, you were looking at open stalls/ toilets. We went back to the front desk and interrupted the desk clerk as I was not going to wait for yet another hour to find out where my room was located. She apologized and confirmed that she gave us an incorrect building. She was obviously overwhelmed. Once in our room, we found that while the lock that crosses the door was intact, the lock you engage on the door handle was broken. The safe was also broken. We left for a couple hours to enjoy the city. Upon return, I couldn't escape the loudness of the club. We were on the other side of the hotel, however, it sounded like it was next door to our room. If you're not a fan of techno, stay far away!! I walked up to our room and tried the key. It didn't work so I went down to the desk and gave her my room number. Without verification, she re-keyed my card and handed it back. I didn't think anything of it at the time. I went back up and walked into the room, suddenly realizing that I was incorrect as to my room number and was standing in someone else's room!!!! Luckily for me, they weren't there. I immediately went back to the front desk shaken. The front desk clerk really didn't understand why this was so concerning! She agreed that she should have verified my information. I got a new key (which she verified this time) and I went up to my room to pack up. I was not staying in a room that felt so unsafe at this point. When I went to checkout the clerk asked if there was another reason why I wanted to leave. I told her that giving me someone else's key was more than enough of a reason. She called someone on her cell phone and she was told that they would "only" charge me for the first night. I had not stayed there for a night so I emphasized that I needed a full refund. There was a whole line of people waiting to check in at this point, wide eyed. Finally they agreed to a full refund but refused to give me any documentation. I went outside and asked for the assistance of the police officer on duty. She came inside and spoke to the clerk. The officer confirmed that they were not going to give me documentation but gave me her name as she could confirm that they agreed to give me the refund and that I'd be sent I'd be sent notification of the refund the next morning. At this point, I could only find one available room for that evening which was much more expensive. As I expected, I never received the notification of refund from the hotel. I called Chase Travel and they agreed to get involved. They called the hotel and were told that the "department responsible for refunds" (at the hotel) was not available and asked me to call back after 7p.m. when they'd be available. I called at 7:01 and was told that the department would not be available until the next day. Chase told me that they felt that this needed to be escalated at this point. They sent the hotel a formal letter and I was told that they had 48-72 hours to respond. I am not sure if the hotel responded to Chase or not but I received notification today that Chase was going to refund me. This is one week after the incident. If you have any concerns about safety, STAY FAR AWAY from this hotel. It's terrifying to think of what could have happened to the guest in the room if I were a bad person or what could have happened to me if the guest thought that I was breaking into their room. If you are disabled, STAY FAR AWAY from this hotel. They do not assist even when their elevator is out of order. The only upside, the view is spectacular. It's not worth your comfort and safety.

Teníamos una construcción justo al lado del edificio B, además estábamos en el piso 4 y tiene los ascensores malos, significa subir maletas y bajar por las escaleras
