"So Gross we cut our vacation short"

I have never been so disgusted in a hotel. The hotel was filthy stained floors furniture and walls and a weird smell. The towels were messy and covered in black stains. The breakfast was a joke a couple slices of white bread and a-pitcher or milk in a fridge. People smoking in non smoking spaces. The staff was rude about us checking in “late” 6:30pm on a Friday saying they didn’t have much availability for the room type we booked. Our experience was so bad we cut our vacation a day short rather than stay another day.

Been here many times. Place is decent

A staff of the hotel Brittany was here name. Called at 6:30 am about how I'm not on the books and threatened to call the cops. Not the first time having problems with this lady who works there at night. Rest of the staff are great, but her( Brittany)
