I stayed with my family of four, and it undoubtedly became the "highlight of my life." I love Switzerland! The best country in the world! 🏔 Ultimate Luxury Space: You can monopolize the majestic Eiger from the lounge terrace. Relaxing with my son over a Jungfrau beer at dusk felt like time had stopped—an elegant, priceless experience money can't buy. It is the ultimate luxury. The breakfast is delicious, and the spa is a superb space ♪ I will never forget the pleasant feeling of taking a morning walk around the hotel before dawn. ❤️ Amazing Hospitality: Not only did they generously upgrade all our rooms to Deluxe, but I also saw how hard the staff works behind the scenes to ensure guests from all over the world have a comfortable stay. Exchanging handwritten notes with the housekeeping (HSK) team is just one example of how every staff member is full of love and smiles. 🤝 Immense Trust & Teamwork: The service was so wonderful that I wrote and handed them a thank-you letter in German ♪ When I realized I had lost my custom-made glasses, the front desk team used incredible teamwork to find them and mail them all the way to Japan. This is not just a place to stay; it’s a place where you make lifelong memories. Next time I come to Switzerland, I will definitely return here! That has become my next dream! We stayed with a group of 8 for a big birthday, and the staff were amazing. From our welcome drinks with a breathtaking view of the alps, to a wonderful on-site birthday dinner, to the proximity of the slopes, everything was perfect. It is hard to find truly welcoming accommodations, but the staff went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and make us feel wanted.
