Did not eat breakfast there

The pillows. They were way too soft.

The rooms were clean but very bare bones

The continental breakfast was poor

It was close to the location we were going

No mini refrigerator in the room. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but not horrid.

Liked the room, location, staff really great. Hot water shower was great.

I suspect the bed would have been comfortable for one person each, but with my husband and I, it was a bit crowded as the edges are a little hard. Also, the towels were a bit thin. But there were plenty towels, so it really wasn't an issue.

On both days, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is clear they care about the guests. In fact, in my years of traveling(60 year old road warrior), they are in the top ten. It is also a good value. Much less expensive than Frankenmuth which is where we spent our day. We chose the Knights Inn for a place to sleep and relax after spending time in "Little Bavaria."

The bed was very uncomfortable... we left early on our second day because it was difficult to sleep. The walls do not suppress sound very well. We could hear low volume conversations from the room next to us As early risers we did not feel comfortable turning on the TV so as to not disturb the other guests There were 2, very thin towels in the bathroom. It was inadequate. If we stay again, we will bring our own towels. Kudos to the staff. With some new towels and beds, it would be an improved experience.

Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating! The inside of the room and the lobby were very clean and relatively updated, it felt homey!

The bed could certainly have been more comfortable, but it wasn’t awful by any means. Not that it matters all that much, but the outside could use a bit of sprucing up :)

Room was good, clean but not excellent. The facilities are old and show it. Staff was very friendly. As far as the breakfast, we did not engage in the breakkfast. For the price, it was good.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We do not smoke but maybe others around us were.
