The room was fresh and new. The room could use a coffee pot since there is no coffee available in the breakfast area after breakfast time is over. Just a thought.

Franco, the onsite manager, was very welcoming and made our stay that much better when we had a few requests such as the need for an additional pillow and a blow dryer. He was attentive and happy to help. The property was conveniently located. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We plan to stay again when in town.

The place had bed bugs and when I told the front desk they said they could move me to another room.. but I didn't want another room.. I wanted a refund which I'm fighting for with the bank and credit card company since I had two rooms paid with two sources

All was OK for the stay fairly quiet, The room was clean, parking was good, and it was a decent price for 2 nights. Easy to get to 10 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth!

The front desk person upon arrival was NOT the most friendly or professional ( too pushy) The gentleman, when checking out, was very polite. The beds,pillows, and towels need improvement
