The room was clean and very quiet.

although it was clean, it looked a bit worn and the room could have done with a bit of colour instead of brown curtains, brown carpet and brown walls. I had specifically asked for a bath in the bathroom and there was only a weak shower.

We liked our room, shower room and the shared spaces in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent.The location is perfect for Bath and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

I personally found some of the lighting switching a bit tricky to figure out - particularly the little pin light above the wardrobe. Spent a while trying to turn it off!
