Very rude lady at the desk then after paying online and getting there I went to pay for the security deposit said they donโt except my cards there was a older couple there also and the lady refused to let them get a room she we donโt have handicap rooms the lady was also on the other gone yelling at someone when there was a lot of people in the lobby waiting to check in
USThe location it near everything, but back far enough to where itโs peaceful. The room was nice and staff were friendly.
There was a cockroach in our room after coming back from the pool. Staff immediately let us change rooms.
