Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Burlington

It did have a microwave, fridge, coffee maker & wifi.

Mainly....the staff, esp. the woman at the front desk. I have never been talked to so rudely nor treated as if I'm not welcome & an imbecile. I'm NOT racist yet I was treated as a lesser person as she & manager are Mexican & when 3 Mexican guys came in, I witnessed a totally different interaction. It's a sad time we live in when businesses show THIS kind of treatment & mistreatment. Not only was she rude in person, she was worse on the phone!! Booking should OMIT this hotel or at least WARN people as to what they are in for. By the way, the room is about the size of a closet. Nowhere to put luggage nor hang anything up. Will NEVER go to another Microtel nor to a hotel where I am treated so horribly!!

Room was on first floor. Staff talked loudly enough for me to hear in room late at night and early in the morning.

Love the key access exterior doors. Felt very secure. Room was efficient, kind of like a cruise ship cabin, but did not feel cramped at all. Great lighting and outlets. Loved the padded window seat. Really nice bathroom. Bedding was very nice.

Mattress was not the most comfortable but was acceptable. Could have used a freezer option in the mini fridge.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Pictures on the hotel website are pre-pandemic. They do not have the hot items shown on the left side of the breakfast area. Only waffles. Only bread for toast, no English muffins. No eggs of any kind. No fruit. Registration desk has barriers around it since COVID. Update the pictures!
