Best Western Patriots Point

The man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. While I wasn't happy with the stay, it was at least less stupidly expensive than the hotels nearer to Charleston. The bed was perfectly comfortable, and it seemed like the sheets were clean.

The floor was sticky, and there were clumps of hair in the corners. The bathroom and shower corners were moldy and the caulking was coming apart. While the bed was good, it looked like the room as a whole had not been maintained. The hallway to the room was also very musty smelling.

Front desk staff was very helpful.

The location close to most of the attractions. But far enough away to not hear any noise. The staff were very nice.

The room was smaller than most hotel rooms but it was clean and comfortable.

Nous avons apprécié le fait que en arrivant à 12h15, on a eu la chambre, étant fatigué cela nous a permis de nous reposer.

le moins, le fait qu'il n'y a pas de distributeur de shampoing, juste des petites bouteilles...

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, owners keep fresh cookies out for a random snack. Amazing location, right by USS Yorktown/fort ferry pick up/15 minutes to the beachfront. Right off the bridge as well, 5 min to downtown area across the monstrous bridge.

Room was clean but not perfect. Some stuff on walls, musty smell as well but air freshener did help. Coffee for Breakfast was not good, and no personal coffee pots in the room. Was not happy about going out for a coffee every morning.

Friendly staff, clean environment, good location

The ac was very noisy which interrupted my sleep.
