Could not drink the Coffee. Hotel needs total renovation.....Room was very small. Sitting at desk, Chair was up against the bed.

Not sure why it’s only 3.7 stars, this was totally a 5 star stay. The best part of our stay was the managers, Danny and Dave. They are 100% the reason we would come back. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and genuinely cared. Every time we walked past them, they made sure we had everything we need. The hotel itself was great as well. Everything was clean and the room was very nice. But what really made the stay stand out was the level of service from Danny and Dave. They went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated their hospitality and hope they get the recognition they deserve.

The location was ok.

When I got there the guy at the desk was on the phone. Instead of getting off the phone or placing the call on hold he wrote on a piece of paper for me to write down my number while continuing his call. Told him I’ll wait and he still tapped the paper for me to write my number down. I left and was gone for 15 minutes and came back and he was still on the phone. I told him cancel the room and refund me. While still on the phone told me he could not do a refund. It was to late. He got me my stuff all the while still talking on the phone. I got up to the room and it was clean from just looking but once I got to the bathroom I can tell they didn’t do a good job. Trash was still in the trash can and hair was in the shower. Went to tell him and he sent someone to clean the room being that they didn’t have any other rooms. He didn’t offer a refund or even giving a discount on another room at a later date.
