Location

People next door with children yelling and screaming. TV was high volume. Sent text to number that was sent to us. Did not hear back. 3am TV still loud.

"Will not choose again."

Good location for an overnight and hospital procedure the next day. Reception was pleasant, welcoming and efficient. Hotel is clean, but doesn't sparkle, looks tired. No color anywhere--fresh flowers etc. Upper level hall carpets are stained, lighting is low. Rooms are clean, linens are comfortable. Hot water for shower could not be attained--water was luke warm despite attempts to increase heat. Shower did have good pressure. Guests looked a little shady--sitting outside on rocks smoking. Room walls are not well insulated so noise from adjoining rooms and hall could be heard from in my room. The overall experience left me happy to leave. I will not choose this hotel again.

It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our purposes. It was NOT rundown or in need of updating. It was in a good part of the city and close to restaurants.
