Very Convenient

I didn’t like that there had been repairs done to the walls , in my room, it looked like some large holes had been patched up but. Not repainted .

I didn’t like anything about the property. The carpets were nasty throughout the whole entire building. The first room I went into there was a huge stain above the tub on the ceiling. I did not stay.

If I could give this place a zero I would, I tried to get a refund because my family and I refuse to stay there due to the conditions and they refused me. I had to call and report them.

It seemed a little rundown

My room had a smell and the floor felt damp

The area was somewhat convenient on where it was located, but that is all

There was a smell in the room. Everything was wore out this place needs some serious upgrades. Even the elevator made noises like it was gonna stop working. It was kind of scary.

Leaving

As soon as you walked in the desk was dirty, staff was wearing no appropriate attire. Walls and pictures were dirty and dusty. The floors were disgusting and made you think twice about wearing flip flops. People were living on the second floor and smelled like cigarettes. Elevator was making scary noises and barely opened forcing us to use the side doors which were no secured. No cleaning personnel roaming or taking care of rooms.

THe room was neat and clean and didn't have that hotely smell to it that some rooms have. It was conveniently located for what we were up there for with the airport easily accessible as well as the train station. The beds were hotel beds comfortable enough but not the bed at home you are used to. The staff was helpful and accommodating - we missed our first night due to an unexpected illness and with a phone call my second night was still confirmed and waiting for me when I got in late the next night. The hotel also allowed me to check in later than the 3 pm check in time.
