Sirena Resort Curaçao

Tenía todo lo básico para pasar las vacaciones, estuvimos muy cómodos, tiene varias piscinas y jacuzzi, Jazmín fue bastante amable y en general todo el personal. Definitivamente volvería a Sirena.

Estaba bastante alejado pero con auto puedes movilizarte tranquilamente.

Ar refrigerado - utensílios de cozinha - Espaçosa a acomodação - A supervisora Fabi. ótimo atendimento - 2 banheiros - varanda. Check-in e check out extremamente fáceis

Toalhas muito pequenas e de baixa qualidade. Móveis da sala antiquados e surrados. Não oferecer amenidades nos banheiros

Lo espacioso del departamento, ambientes grandes y súper equipado como un hogar.

Alguna incomodidad con la luz solar para dormir, ya que una habitación no tenía blackout (solo cortina de tela fina).

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The service was good and communication was easy. Everything in the room functioned properly and provided a solid, comfortable base for our stay. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers everything necessary for a simple and comfortable stay.

A small point for improvement: The kitchen equipment was quite minimal. There was no oven or toaster, and the number of plates and cutlery was limited to exactly the number of guests. Basic items such as salt, sugar, napkins, hand soap, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, and other small everyday essentials were not provided, so we had to purchase them ourselves. It would be nice if a small starter set of these basic items were available for guests. That said, whenever we realized we were missing something small that we had forgotten to buy, the office staff were always very kind and helpful and brought it to us without any problem, which we really appreciated.

The unit and the property grounds were clean. Unit was spacious and I like that there were two bathrooms and comfortable beds. Ms. Jasmine was the sweetest thing on earth. We had issues with my bank on arrival and after traveling, I was stressed beyond words. Ms. Jasmine encouraged me to trust that everything would be ok and she was really invested in making us feel welcomed and relaxed. I appreciate her so much.

It would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom. There was only one TV in the living room. Also, the property is not near anything so you have to drive at least 15 minutes to find beaches and activities. There are neighborhood dogs that wake you up each morning, barking and howling. Most of the time it was easy to ignore but one morning it went in for hours. Sounded like the dogs were at war.
