The bed was great. The staff was friendly.

The key to our room didn't work the whole two days. We had to hold the toliet handle for a proper flush.

Staff was friendly breakfast was good.. The coffee that was in the lobby I don't know what it was but I think that was the best coffee we ever had...

Our room was facing the highway so we heard all the traffic especially the semis

Was first time to stay at a Sure Stay, was not what I expected for a Best Western. But the price was in line with the type of motel and worked out fine for what we needed for our visit to the area.

Old and filthy! Not recommended! We arrived late and were too tired to find another hotel. I slept on just the bottom sheet and we left around 5 a.m. because we just needed to get out of the mess. Mold on the curtains, sticky spots all over, door had been broken into numerous times, and the fixes were amateurish at best. Worst hotel experience ever!

It seemed okay at first but then as the night progressed we noticed more and more. Black mold in the bathroom on the window shelf stairs all over the walls black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and there was a funky smell too it when o told the front desk they pretty much pretended like he never knew about the black mold my whole family woke up sick and we where just fine before bed my wife has asthma and she couldn’t breath when she woke up we had to check out early because we didn’t want our kids to get even more sick. We couldn’t even enjoy our stay. We couldn’t shower.!!

Black mold funky smell stains on the walls and couch flys everywhere I shouldn’t have to deal with that on my small vacation with my family.
