"This a very old motel. I had stayed here years ago. It has been updated but is still in need."

Bed was comfortable and clean. Ac was cold. Good hot shower.

Weak wi-fi. No TV service unless you logged on to apps on the Roku!, so no TV. Called the front desk to ask about the tv and they hung up on me.called later to ask what time breakfast was served and no answer.

Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was good

Had requested a specific room months before my stay, they said ok,when we got there they offered me an upstairs room instead. When I said I didn’t want that one, they gave me a room that was still being cleaned, this was at 4:30 pm. Michelle aplologized and stated the people before us had been living there for a month and didn’t want to leave. I felt that room needed a thorough cleaning and I told her to just give me the upstairs room. That upstairs room we had gave us issues with the card keys, they had to give us a hard key to get in. We have stayed there before by ourselves and also with friends, and we would enjoy our stay. However this past weekend was a horrible experience. We do not intend to stay there again or recommend this place to any of our family and friends.

"I woke up got dressed left didn’t even want to relax watch tv or nothing"

Lady serving and preparing breakfast was rude Wasn’t very welcoming just looks mean or as if she was on some drug idk just a mean vibe from her!!!!

Swimming pool was dirty and kids said water was hot It wasn’t really a hot day at Rockport so I was assuming pool had been peed in bye all who had been swimming

"You get what you pay for"

Very clean

The tv was broken and we told the office as soon as possible and it stayed broken the whole three days. And when house keeping came in while we were gone they left the door open
