"I am a very frequent Hilton guest and have never had a bad experience until this property."

The location was perfect, the design was fabulous. The restaurant's food and service were great.

When I checked in, the manager tried to charge me almost 300$ more than my booking.com app showed that I was supposed to pay. The manager fixed it, but I still paid more than what my booking.com reservation had on it. I also asked about switching my room to a water view. I was told there were none, but I saw so many empty, and my bathroom door was covered in hair, not clean at all.

Live the waterfront and the cool breeze at night. Bright rooms and generally friendly staff.

Pool area and those public bathrooms in that area need to be cleaned!

"It was nice and decent and the view was the best part"

Our view was extremely nice and I'm happy with the hotel.

The only thing I did not like was if you wanted something you would need to text and I couldn't find the number to call the front desk on the card. There were some disturbances outside our room and it was difficult to get back to sleep and I couldn't report it due to messing around with texting.

Great view over marina. Staff really helpful and friendly and great gym/pool facilities. Much more affordable than staying in San Francisco and easy to get ferry from Richmond ferry terminal.
