"All in all a great place, I hope to use it again"

The location is gorgeous and right what we needed. There were guests laundry machine and dryer. Breakfast was very good

They never answer emails. I wrote every day for more than a week to ask what was included in the breakfast included and how to get there from the airport, but they never answered. Some of the staff are young and inexperienced: they don’t greet you at arrival and leave you there waiting at the desk without even a “I’ll be with you in a minute”. I felt transparent! On the first morning I misunderstood the tips system at breakfast and I gave a smaller tip than expected. The waitress explicitly avoided to greet us on the following mornings.

Location is perfectly located across from excellent walking trails in Cesar Chavez Park. East access off freeway. Nice room on the top floor with high ceilings.

Self parking on site is $40 p/nite. Expensive! A quibble but the desk chair was worn and all padding was gone in room 4228.
