Really excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and hotel was great! Really good location and had a very nice boutique feel, the water dispenser was a really nice touch.

I liked the proximity to the train station, and just the location in general was great. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very accommodating.

There wasn't really much not to like. The restaurant menu could be better. The beds were a bit hard. Didn't like the pillows too much.

Location is great - close to the train station and city centre. Rooms were great and staff is nice.

Had some problem with a double charge on my creditcard, and another issue with the refund. Staff was very apologetic and friendly though, so not a big deal, these things can happen.

This is a very cute boutique hotel. Located a quick 2 minute walk to the covered bridge and old town. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate their recommendations and help booking our excursion. Breakfast buffet was good but expensive. Room was comfortable and included coffee pods and a well stocked mini bar (soft drinks, juice and local beer). Would highly recommend when visiting Lucern.

The parking and breakfast were expensive but I think typical for Switzerland.

We spent four nights here.Its in a wonderful position, close to the old part of town and close to the railway station. The room was comfortable with a complimentary mini bar.Lots of nice touches around the hotel, dishes with apples and a tap with cold water or soda. the staff were all excellent and extremely helpful We only had breakfast in the hotel once, it was excellent but VERY expensive ! Recommended !

A superb first class hotel in a great location. My hotel room was bright and modern with a gigantic TV screen. Quiet and calm room facing the courtyard. Breakfast was included in my package which had a huge range of food options including fruit, yoghurt, meats, bread and jams/cakes too. The hotel is situated just a 3 minute walk from the main railway station and ferry terminal. Another big advantage of this hotel are the staff - from reception to the restaurant, everyone is extremely helpful and friendly throughout. This was great for me as it was my first time in Switzerland. Excellent.
