We absolutely loved our stay here (booked via our travel agent). The room was clean and spacious, service and tips for our stay were very helpful & we loved coming back each day after long days on our feet exploring. It truly felt like home. We will be back!

Restaurant war sehr lecker, die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Lage top.

Aufgrund einer Baustelle vor und im Hotel war der Baulärm am Morgen schon ab 08:00 Uhr zu hören. Unter diesen Umständen war dann die Zimmerzuteilung mit Aussicht auf den Innenhof ein weiteres negatives Highlight.

"Great Location and Service"

I had a wonderful stay at AMERON Luzern Hotel Flora. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Both the hotel atmosphere and the room amenities were excellent. The best part is the location—it is right next to the Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge) and only a 3-minute walk from the Luzern train station. It was so convenient! However, the hotel was undergoing renovations during my visit. My room was located right next to the construction site, and the floor was a tiny bit dusty. It also felt a bit weird to see workers working right outside my door and outside my window. I wish I had been notified about this earlier, but overall, it was still a very pleasant experience.

"Best Hotel and Staff in Switzerland"

Ok, I haven't really stayed in all Swiss hotels, but this hotel is very nice, and the staff is brilliant!! I would stay at this hotel in a minute. It was everything you'd expect from a 4-star hotel, but the staff really set this hotel apart from the others we stayed in at Paris, Interlaken, and Zurich.
