Under construction which i was not aware of. Pool not working. Breakfast very very weak. No fruits , very few options and quantity was very low. I had to ask for more since i had 16 players to feed. Not enough seating area,

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it continues to exceed expectations with every visit. I want to specifically recognize Gaby, who has been absolutely outstanding. She strikes that rare balance of being both highly professional and genuinely personable. From check-in to check-out, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel welcomed and valued. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Whether it’s anticipating needs, resolving requests quickly, or simply greeting guests with a warm and authentic smile—she elevates the entire experience. In a world where great service can be hit or miss, she is a standout and a true asset to the hotel. This is exactly why I keep coming back—and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.
