Clean neat and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good airport shuttle service. Perfect for overnight stay before flights.

Not easy walking distance to shopping or many restaurants.

We got the free shuttle within 10 minutes of leaving the airport around 10pm. The hotel is convenient to the airport. I wish it were downtown but the hotels there almost doubled in price starting May 1st. This hotel is quiet and clean. An uber to the downtown area cost about $20 US for three people. We took an Uber to see the Chinese Gardens and the next day to our cruise ship. There’s an excellent breakfast restaurant almost attached to the hotel which we ate at twice.

The housekeeping very kind ..she gave the duck thing for my little asking for it and very easy to talk.. just the cabinet of fridge broken that hurts my legs and the bath tub when we took a back clogged but over all was great

-check in staffer was not very welcoming of me as a guest, just felt like another number on the guest list, also didn't really understand what i was trying to ask for room placement and other questions i had. Although i ended up having to add a night and that different staffer( if i recalled her name i would note the appreciated help) with that portion of check in process was helpful on some things even unprompted. And final checkout early morning staffer was extremely robotic and did not give me a final receipt statement i had to ask for one, and he barely spoke a word. That doesn't make guests leave with a good feeling after paying high prices especially now does it? -a few housekeeping details on some cleanliness -no more cable tv. at least in my room -i booked and via booking site, noted a couple minor special requests for inital toiletries etc, they were not met, nor were they acknowledged, this is the second time of stay this has happened, will have to reconsider things for next time.
