Good Morning Sir This is Khou Chanthary, i has booking 2 room check in on 21 Sep and check out on 22 Sep, during check in your hotel reception request to have room deposit, deposit amount as follow slow detail(CAD267.23 & 288.11), as of now i don't see any refund back to my credit card, could you please help to double check what going on why take it long time to refund, thank you so much for your help.
