The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and still have the 4 stars quality eventhough it still has the early 90s - 2000s styles, the city view from the room. The warm welcome by the reception team, shout out to Ms Viola/Viona. She really deserves a recognition. They fulfilled my request of room on high floor, far from the elevator and bathtub not shower. Thank you! 🙂

The SAUNA is no longer available, please remove the picture as its very disappointing because I reserved a room at this hotel to enjoy a sauna after swimming. Fruits was on offer when booking this room type, but never received during my stay. Coffee machinne and toaster was also on offer but was also not provided nor offered while checking in. These amenities are still mentioned as offers. As a Front Office Manager of 5 stars hotel, i find this lack of attention really need to be addressed.
