The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and help.

We got ripped off by using Booking.com. When we arrived on 4/10/26 we were told we were a no show on 4/9/26. Someone made an error on date. We were there when we planned on being there. Had to pay an additional amount for the night which was twice as high. I have called both Booking and Best western and each blame the other. No refund in the two months since

The swimming pool, hot tub, and kiddy pool for my 3 yr old niece was so convenient!! Unlimited hot water, The Breakfast was hands down absolutely the best I’ve had served from a hotel, never ran out of any food!

1rst room was filthy n dead roach in fridge, 2nd room was better, but upstairs was very hard on my mother/recent knee replacement -bc of limited elevators n forced to climb stairs! We were down for World Series baseball games,6/4/26- 10pm I go down and ask front desk for extra blankets, and was met with the nastiest attitude, said none were behind desk,refused to let me go grab some from a vacant room, “it wasn’t allowed”, n was told I had to wait for security to make rounds, with no idea of timeframe she’d bring them to me! I expressed my boys needed sleep and how imperative it was, they’d played all day in hot humid weather starting at 7am, and was ready for bed myself! I call front desk at 12:00am-still no blankets, very frustrated I say I was going n to bed. 12:30 room phone rings LOUDLY..no one spoke when I answered n woke my family, unplugged it to prevent it from repeating! 1am front desk clerk LOUDLY beats repeatedly on my door once again waking my family up n hands me blankets… I WAS PISSED!!! This was the night “6/4/26”. Hands down inconsiderate and disrespectful!! The clerk who checked us in tho was very polite, immediately fixed the dirty room issue and was also who checked me out!
