New Otani Inn Sapporo

Bathrm had an odour perhaps older pipes. Toilet was quite noisy.

Booked the quadruple room. Place is clean and facilities are good. We drive all the way to hotel. Parking is convenient and will charge 2000yen for overnight parking. Don’t expect consideration if you request for early check in or late check out as the staff goes by the book. It is understable

Bring your own bottled water, there is none in the room.

Hotel room space enough for 3 adults and located near attractions. Hotel staffs are very helpful and able to store our luggage for couple of days on return trip around Hokkaido.

水回りが昭和、新しくして欲しい

朝食バイキングの品数が豊富で迷ってしまいます こだわりを感じました。さすがオータニさんです

和室の部屋で、子供連れなので過ごしやすくて助かりました。洗面台の流しも2つあって、朝の混雑時に便利です。朝食も味噌ラーメンやジンギスカンなど、北海道名物を食べることが出来て良かったです。

全体を通してとても便利でした。 ありがとうございます。

駅近で、どこに行くにもアクセス良好でした。 仕事が入り、zoomで会議に出席するためチェックアウト時間を延長したいという急なお願いにも対応頂き、ありがとうございました。
