There is no security late at night! I had several unwanted people knocking on my door at all hours! Reception was contacted after the 3rd and 4th who had been seen leaving the hotel minutes after entering. I was moved to a "better" room for my 2nd night but it was directly above a wedding party so, again, I was kept awake. I spoke with the general manager and duty manager after each incident and did receive a small refund and an apology. They have said they would contact the police about the unwanted persons to my door. I recommend the hotel has adequate security measures in place for after hours. Genuine guests will be happy to provide their room queue at the main entrance late at night, knowing that they feel secure. Upon checking out, I also made the team aware of issues with both rooms, such as the room being too hot, shower issues and general uncleanliness.

Rooms need a revamp but they were clean.

The room.was not nice. There was absolutely no care factor what so ever and had to call for milk in the morning to go with our very bad selection of tea and coffee. Not sure if it was because we used a voucher that they put us in the worst room ever, stinky mouldy bathroom and right next to the hall entry door that slammed loudly every time some one walked through it. Check in was manic unorganised and embarrassing and check out was rude no eye contact and absolutely no care factor of how our stay was. I felt like we stayed in a cheap motel on the side of an abandoned highway. Stars for location. But will never stay here again or reccomend

It was booked for my daughter a lot of confusion when I booked room as I requested breakfast price was changed twice and when the down for breakfast they were told they weren't on the list after it had been paid .. my daughter informed bath had mould on it and Def was worth the money that was paid

I never got much sleep as the room was very hot no air con and window only opened the smallest little bit ... staff were friendly

older hotel. noisy street conditions all night.we stayed for the location so the noise was expected.
