The bed wasnt made the bathroom wasnt cleaned i was not impressed and my room service was charged to the room when i asked for it to be charged to a diffrent card wont stay here again

Megan at the bar was amazing, she not only bartended but also was the server for food. She was pleasant, happy, talkative and very helpful! Chefs Nick and Gavin did an amazing job with the filet dinners, better than Ruth Chris!

My family stayed here for 3 nights recently. This location has the classic ES atrium with the rooms all facing the middle. We enjoyed our 2Q suite, plenty of space, clean, and comfortable with two nice sized TV's. Evening reception was fun with free drinks and light snacks. Breakfast was more than ample, good selection, with omelette station. Very nice pool area with HOT hot tub which faces a wooded area in the back so you dont feel like you are at an urban hotel. Nice place, recommend.
