My friend and I had a wonderful night at the Reef House, a beautiful sunny day around the pool relaxing, complimentary sorbets and an opportunity to connect with other guests at 5pm manages. The highlight was the courtesy and kindness of the staff, thank you, we felt so welcome!

We had a lovely weekend "holiday at home" for my husbands 50th Birthday and to say we were impressed in an understatement. The resort itself is impeccable and views of Palm Cover stunning, however it was the staff that really made our stay. Karolina made sure we were thrilled with our room and that we had everything we needed, Youssef lead an informative and hilarious wine tasting and also opened up the amazing wine room so we could have a private drink in there in the evening and Rodrigo and Natalia took care of us in the restaurant for all our meals. The pools are stunning and you could not dream of a better location. Thank you to the Team at Reef House- you'll see us again soon!

From the moment we arrived at Reef House, we knew we were in for something special. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and this continued for our entire stay. We had heard many good things about the resort but it exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Came for a bit of R & R for 5 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stayed here many years ago - still the same lovely service except it’s more of a resort now. We were here during Cyclone Narelle which hit further north. It was pretty wet most of our stay but still able to use the pool - was warm.

What a beautiful relaxing place in calm and stunning Palm Cove We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Reef House Hospitality and service levels amazing. Top notch breakfast and 3 course dinner. Very comfortable rooms and lots of great added touches offered during our stay. Loved the 2 pools and tropical vibe throughout Best location too Thanks to Cedric and the great team at Reef House for looking after us so well We’ll be back !

The location is perfect, the attention to detail over and above the norm, as you would expect. The food is some of the best. We loved every minute, except for the rain!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Adults only concept is wonderful. Great staff and service. Food excellent. Lovely vibe around the hotel. Brigadere room was a little basic. Honestly feel that the room is not up to standard for such a facilty. Will definitely return but will upgrade room.

We stayed 3 nights at The Reef House. It’s a perfect location with nature’s wonders all around. Everything was amazing, spotless and so relaxing. Great hospitality and all the staff were excellent. We ate two nights at the restaurant and the food was so delicious and diverse. They have a signature seafood platter which really has to be the best I’ve had anywhere. So abundant with fresh seafood delights such as sashimi and moreton bay bugs and fantastic large, sweet prawns to name a few things. Our well appointed room was super comfortable, quiet and elegant and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The day spa is fantastic and would highly recommend taking time out for the signature spa treatment. Divine.
