Die Lage war supper, gleich im der Nähe vom Hbf

Die Dusche war extrem klein und eng und als ich ins Zimmer rein ging war es sehr stickig. Sonst war ich aber sehr zufrieden

Sauberkeit und dass mir die versehentliche Doppelbuchung zurück erstattet wurde, war kulant

Parkplatz Situation ist schlecht - keine Hotel Parkplätze, Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin war belehrend und verbal übergriffig. Die Klärung der letztlich kulanten Stornierung war kompliziert, intransparent und hatte nichts mit einer mir unterstellten Ungeduld zu tun. Eine Ein - Wort - Mitteilung "abgelehnt" hat mich dazu veranlasst, eine Überprüfung zu erwägen - wie ich finde zu Recht, als Reaktion (!) auf eine unangemessene Mitteilung zu meiner Anfrage.
