The Louie, A Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection

I was awoken at about nine in the morning to someone knocking, then opening the door. I was terrified, and thankfully I had the chain on the door. I am not sure of who it was, but if it was a staff member, I am not sure of the reason for opening my door before check out time if the do not disturb sign is on?!

Excellent , well appointed room only with beautiful lobby area in the historic area, across the street from the Historic Davenport Hotel with full services for the Lusso. Friendly, helpful staff with great amenities-welcome glass of Prosecco, coupons for dinner and wine tasting. The luxury of the historic Davenport Hotel is beautiful experience. Excellent location for enjoying downtown Spokane and the parks along the river, a short walk away.

Breathtaking property

Service and appearance are excellent, but pretty uncomfortable and inconvenient. The bed and pillows were subpar. The toilet paper was a rough, industrial type that didn't fit on the roller. Pretty much all of the amenities except the fitness room are across the street at the Historic Davenport, which is only a little more expensive.

The homeless was a little concerning but overall excellent. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Hotel and staff are all amazing.

Always a great time at the Lusso. The rooms are spacious and we LOVE having a keurig in the room. The meal coupons and the amenities are great but we didn’t have near enough time to enjoy all of them. We appreciate all that Allison did for us and the desk staff too were so helpful and pleasant. Our visit and our anniversary were so enjoyable thanks to Allison and all of the Davenport properties staff we encountered.

It was our first time staying at this property and it won’t be our last.

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean however, the shower curtain smelled like urine when you turned the shower on. It was disgusting. The pillows were very thin and not fluffy like normal hotel pillows. The hand towel rack fell off the wall when grabbing a towel in the bathroom. We used this hotel for Hoopfest, it was so nice that the courts were right outside the hotel door.

There was a homeless lady screaming outside our lobby.

Property is located in downtown Spokane and very close to all shopping and dining options.
