"Overnight luxury"

Overnight stay on way back home to UK Recommend Room 164 - very spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom great. This room was booked for us by Steigenberger hotel @ Konstanz and certainly didn’t disappoint. The rose wine & cake in the afternoon absolutely lovely, ate out for dinner but breakfast was very good. Staff very efficient and friendly throughout - on line checkout easy. Overall would recommend - even better when works to parkland and new bridge are completed.

Shocked to be charged 15 euros for a tea (see picture). Literally one bag of tea and some hot water. I asked for explanations, they said it's a 5 star hotel and they don't make the rules. Absolutely ridiculous...
