Breakfast plentiful with excellent variety . Staff very helpful. Room spacious with large bath and nice shower. Very convenient location but area around train station with homeless population is not the greatest look . That being said , we felt safe . Giada , at font desk is a gem !!!

Pillows were not just great for me . The scent that is used for shower gel and shampoo etc…is very sweet/ strong . The immediate area around hotel looks a little rough with homeless people stretched out in many places. But we weren’t bothered by anyone . And access to train station and taxis cannot be beat.

The staff is wonderful -- so helpful. The location was ideal -- right next to the train station.

The spa was closed on Monday and Tuesday. But the gym was open.

This is a top quality hotel with a wonderful restaurant on the top floor and breathtaking views of the city and mountains. We had room 106 which has a terrace on the first floor. The room was impecable with luxurious architecture and modern practicalities including a comfortable king size bed, large wardrobe and rain shower. The property is also perfectly located a few blocks from museums, plazas, restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very special.
