Turin Palace Hotel

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel; I would live here if I could! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. They will make sure of that. The hotel itself is quite nice. I had a lovely Deluxe room with a sofa, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom and a really comfortable bed with soft linens. The air conditioning functioned perfectly and allowed me to cool the room as cold as I wished. The room included a mini-refrig with complementary beverages (water, juice, sodas, etc) that were refilled daily - a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet was excellent. A wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The rooftop bar/restaurant was also excellent. We ate there two or three times. Both of the pastas that they served were the best I tasted in my week in Torino. And the view can't be beat. But what makes this hotel special (and why I would live there if I could) was the personalized and attentive service. From a note I made on my reservation (which they fulfilled perfectly) to answering any service need that we had (and we had a few), we were made to feel welcome and taken care of. Every person I met at the desk was great, so I hesitate to single any one out. They are the most professional and helpful staff I have met in many years and over 30 countries of travel. You will not find better. Thank you to the Turin Palace Hotel for delivering the highest standard of service and amenities and making our week in Torino a memorable one. I cannot wait to return. L’hôtel est splendide et le personnel très gentil. La chambre est très spacieuse et bien équipé en plus d’être jolie. Le super plus : le roof top. Génial.

La température dans la chambre, un peu fraîche et nous n’avons pas réussi à la régler mais c’était tout à fait supportable. Le restaurant qui est un peu froid, très bien mais un peu trop sophistiqué.

We arrived and left my train, so the location was ideal. Our room was very nice, the breakfast (Included in our stay) was excellent with plenty of choice. We enjoyed drinks and a meal on the rooftop terrace bar. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly.

Nothing. It is an excellent hotel.
