Room was sufficient but carpet looked like it was old. No refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Cereal seemed stale.

"Don't Stay at this Hotel"

The hotel carries a brand name and has an updated exterior look. However, the property is poorly maintained. Our room had a broken window, noisy AC unit, bathroom door that would not close, burnt-out lightbulbs and mold in the shower. We were at the hotel with a group and others had similar issues with their rooms. Management failed to address our concerns. The breakfast was free, but the dining room was dirty. I cleaned/disinfected the table. Garbage was not emptied promptly.

I will list what was good and then why I will never stay here again. Good: staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area clean and updated. Bad: the room was so dirty I wouldn’t sit in the furniture or take my shoes off. The carpet was dirty and stained, it needed replaced. My dog actually found things to eat off the floor and splattered down the side of the couch in the first 60 seconds of arrival. Light bulbs were burnt out. The bedroom window was broken. The ceiling fan had grime crusted on the blades. The only thing that kept me from leaving was the fact that the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Plus I was not in the mood to pack back up, find another hotel and try and get my money back. I took photos, unfortunately this platform doesn’t seem to have an option to upload them. I was packed and ready to leave as soon as the sun came up.
