It was clean and I liked that the toilet was seperate from the shower.

The restaurant was closed one of the mornings we were there and it wasn't posted ahead of time. They offered a continental breakfast but it was just a small selection of dry products like cereal in packages. The pull out couch didn't unfold so our kid had to sleep on it as a couch instead of a bed. We tried to figure it out but it looked like the metal was bending the wrong way. They didn't have us set up for a pet friendly main floor room, even though I requested it when I booked and I called them over a week in advance to confirm a pet room on the main floor. We ended up on the third floor. The room was very cold, even when we turned it up to 75 Fahrenheit. Lastly they are slow giving back the room deposit, if they even give it back, I'm still waiting.

The location was close to the function I was attending the next morning. The room was quiet. Staff was pleasant.

The drain in the shower made very loud gurgling noises in the morning. I was startled until I figured out what it was.

Underground parking as it was super cold and windy! The waterslide is a great one for little kids and older kids alike.

The advertised room on booking was not what we got. Although, I think this was an issue with what booking put as pictures and not the hotel itself. Misleading pictures for the room we stayed in. It showed an extra room with bunk beds which was not the case.

Last minute check in due to a storm. Excellent price, easy check in, large clean room.

The mattress on our king sized bed needs to be replaced. It had a large sinking spot on one side and I didn’t sleep at all 😞

Reception staff was excellent...room was very clean and comfortable..pool and hot tub area was impressive. On site restaurant "Echo" staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again..
