Great! Tonnes of security to keep us safe

I will never stay here again and urge anyone else to chose other lodging. We checked into our room very late at night and after taking nearly an hour to check in, we were all exhausted. The first thing I noticed when walking through the hallways were a very pungent a smell of urine and marijuana. Walking into our room, we immediately noticed garbage left from the previous guest. Since it was so late we just wanted to sleep and did a quick check of the bedding and went to bed. In the morning, we left the hotel to go get breakfast ano the smell of urine was even stronger. The "security" on our hall was standing in a corner on his phone every time we saw him and people were constantly walking around acting inebriated. Upon returning, we began to strip the beds for housekeeping and shower and I was absolutely horrified at what I found. There were clear feces stains on 2 of the beds and what appeared to be mold in the shower. We brought up our concerns with the unpleasant front desk clerk and simply said oh I will check with housekeeping and immediately dismissed me. I paid nearly $400 for this room and in the least I would expect a clean environment. I am so incredibly disgusted and disappointed.

Our suite was really good and clean. Did not like the fact restaurants were far away.

I was stranded when my vehicle broke down. Chose this hotel as it was right beside the dealership. Best choice ever!!! Huge bouquet of roses to Mehnab who was at the check in. He was kind courteous and polite. He did an amazing job to find me a room. The room was very clean, AC was on so room nice and cool. Bathroom spotless. Shampoo conditioner body lotion. Plenty of towels/facecloths. The bed was clean and amazing and enough pillows. There is a beautiful pool here. There was security on sight as well. There is a restaurant inside hotel so you never have to leave. Food and service excellent! There is NO continental breakfast but it’s only $12 for a full breakfast. Every time you eat in restaurant there is a survey on receipt that hives you a 50% off a second item. So you can buy one breakfast and get 50% off a second meal.( equal or lesser value). There is a dollar tree right beside hotel as well for snacks 😉. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for turning an awful day into a comfortable one. again !!!! Thank yoh

Easy access. Pool was great. Awesome food at the restaurant (dinner and breakfast).

No ac on our side of the building. You could smell smoke in the corridors and cat litter in our room. Right beside a bar.

Nice travel location hotel

Even though the property was dealing with evacuated people and had little to no vacancy it was a quit building and sound was not travelling room to room and through the hallways

Very comfortable and clean room. Quiet area. Exceptional breakfast.

It was unfortunate to see the evacuated residents displaced. It was nice that the hotel accommodated the Red Cross.
