First where did you get that my name is Christopher ?? Second the rooms smelled terrible it was dirty and there was a plastic bag tied around the toilet. That is one reason I don’t like to go through Expedia. I wanted to go somewhere else but can’t ever get ahold of anyone to get a refund… not happy!!!

This hotel is beyond old and rundown, its surface level to every nook and cranny filthy. Decades of dirt, grime, grease is over every surface of everything, from the door handle you pull to enter to the light switch to the bathtub. Had we arrived earlier instead of 11:30p.m. We would have never stayed here. We’d have drove to Casper for a room if necessary to avoid this experience. We hauled our own blankets in to sleep on and never removed socks. Don’t get me started on the “continental” breakfast with eggs on the counters (cooked and raw), no food safety protocols in place. It was alarming and we will never ever go back. Salt in the wounds was how the only staff member absolutely didn’t care about our concern and would only refund the 2nd night which we obviously didn’t stay for.

This place is dirty. The breakfast was minimal and diy.

I ended up having to leave because my door to my room was left open and broken to where it wouldn’t shut

Staff was very nice. Hotel is older but a decent place for a night while passing thru.

Good location. Nice to have a restaurant & bar & breakfast.

Definitely needs remodeled. Bathroom needs caulking painting & new tub enclosure. The new carpet was nice.

We arrived at the hotel and we got checked in. We drove around to try to find the entrance to get to our room and doing so we passed an abandoned dilapidated truck with cobwebs and flat tires does not speak well for the maintenance of the property. Standing around the entrance to our hallway and steps to the second floor (no elevador) were a small group if men Drinking and blaring música. First impression opening the doorway, walking into the hallway to go to our room was the musty, moldy smell, which was overpowered by the smell of tobacco. It is rundown. Got to our room and the room also still reeks of tobacco. The carpet should have been hauled off to the dump long ago. The room was comfortable, but the cleanliness is absolutely in question. This morning we went to the alleged breakfast bar. no oil to cook your own eggs. I was too afraid of cleanliness to even try their pre-cooked scrambled eggs. There were no plates. I looked down underneath the cabinet next to where the plates were stored. I did not see any plates, but I did see dirt and mouse droppings. I went to the hotel clerk and said there’s no plates. She came into the restaurant open the same cabinet door I opened and from the back pulled out a stack of plates right next to the mouse droppings. Stay away. Spend more money. Go somewhere else. This place is the pits.
