The room was a good size Good choice of food at breakfast Good Location

The car parking charges if you stay at the hotel you should not have to pay another £13 per night to park your car in the car park! Shower very poor Tiny shower head and no pressure on it so really poor shower. Toilet it says on toilet “one good flush is enough”! Well I can assure you it isn’t! Terrible system! Lighting in room poor only lights next to bed no main room lights?

Hotel rooms are a little tired

I have used this hotel on a number of occasions and the staff are always helpful

The hotel took my booking (late) but when i got there at around 8.30pm - 9.00pm, i was informed that the room i was being allocated was without air conditioning (on the hottest day of the year so far) I was told that if i wasn't happy with this then the hotel would assist me in finding a room at an alternative hotel. It was already 9pm so this wasn't really practicable.

Good size room and the bathroom was well equipped with very good quality accessories The garden was large and welcoming with plenty of seating

Was super. Geweldig personeel. Heel behulpzaam. Goede ligging en erg schoon. Zeer goed ontbijt.

Airco zijn ze nog aan het installeren. We kregen hiervoor wel een ventilator.

Hotel does not look much from outside, but was brilliant for parking and inside was excellent decor, loved it. We had no idea the hotel had a beautiful garden backing onto river. Perfect location 5 mins from the Stratford theatre. Food and bar meals excellent. Staff particularly helpful as I was panicking about spaces in the car park, only to fine there were loads round the back. The price I paid was good value for super king bed, massive bed very comfortable.

WiFi, it brilliant, but that was all.
