"Almost excellent.... almost !"

It was clean, plenty of room, plenty of parking, bar area was lovely and the breakfast was an absolute winner ! It was also surprisingly quiet ! Staff were fantastic... very helpful and friendly. Stratford was straight across the road.

Air-con in the room was particularly noisy, bathroom was functional, but not great for the price. After parking, you can only go one way round... make sure you know that

Foyer and reception areas modern, open and airy. Bedrooms lack some character but deliver on size, comfort and value. Excellent breakfast - service and seating managed very well by lady at entrance to the dining area. Good selection of food and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent location just across the road from the river and plaza.

Didn't have any water provided in the fridge - probably an oversight by cleaning/stocking team

Facilities, layout and design of the ground floor. Extensive very attractive and secluded garden area with variety of garden furniture and overlooking the water. Very good breakfast selection. Proximity to centre and and RSC. Extremely helpful staff.

"A stay in the Crowne Plaza to see The Tempest."

Location to the theatre and town. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, great choice of cooked and cold food. The bar and outside areas were welcoming.

There are non smoking signs directly outside the bar into the garden area, these were not adhered by customers and staff did not correct them.

Good choice at breakfast. Very convenient location. Comfortable room.

Long walk to the room. Limited tea and coffee making facilities. Asked for a twin room, but it was 2 beds pushed together which wasn't ideal.
