Americas Best Value Inn Providence-North Scituate

We liked the tv station with 24-7 Family Ties show, the tv options were fabulous and the ice cream place across the street too. Diner was a bit too greasy but the average. Staff was polite and attentive, flexible.

The smell of the covid cleaning chemicals kept us up half the night. It was better with the outer black out shade up because the cheap vinyl clearly offgasses the cleaner. You should put them up and clean with the door and window open.

Staff is friendly

It looks clean because the room is dark but when you look closely the walls were moldy, the refrigerator was full of mold and did not work, the microwave was dirty, the white sheets had brown stains, the purple sheet was very old from so much use and almost ripped, the jacuzzi looked clean when we filled it with water, apparently everything was fine but when we turned on the bubbles it started with a rotten sewage smell, mud came out and its smell was worse, we left the jacuzzi with a burning sensation on our body and hives, our doctor informed us that the water was contaminated. To this day we continue with the treatment to end the skin infection because we got folliculitis due to contaminated water

Love how vibrant the room was and also water bed was a plus

The room was much more modern than 3 years ago, very nice. Could use ice bucket in the room, only downside is people seem to have parties there and are very loud outside .

Can't beat the price and the rooms are clean and neat. The cleaning lady is always so friendly every time I've stayed here and the man at the front desk is helpful as well.

The bed was a little lumpy and the wifi is pretty spotty but other than that, rooms are clean, linens are clean and the rooms are well maintained.

I've stayed here several times, and the staff is always helpful, polite and friendly and the rates are more than reasonable for these well maintained rooms.

The mattress in this particular room seemed lumpy and broken.
