i had a great stay at this hotel. everything was clean, comfortable, and well-managed. special thanks to Ka Anggi and Ka Yenia for their outstanding hospitality. they were very friendly, helpful, and made my experience even more enjoyable. highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable hotel; I enjoyed my stay at the Kimia Sleepy Hotel. My room was very tidy and clean. Dian was responsible for cleaning the rooms daily. Excellent service, Dian. Thank you so much, Dian.

Room are very quiet soundproofed very well Japanese restaurant in house very good The lady who gave me the massage I think her name was Alia, is been amazing

There is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms I chose a non smoking room and I am highly intolerant to smoke but I believe for a poor ventilation I could smell what I believe was coming next room smoke Reception must improve as well especially considering should be a 4 stars: I sent a request for airport taxi, I never got an answer and at check in time no one told me if you don’t have a deposit you cannot charge on the room but you must pay immediately ao I went for a massage of course in my comfy clothes with no money and once finished I arrived back to my room just to get a phone call asking né to go 3 floor down at reception to pay immediately. Quite annoying I also asked for a 120 minute massage, receptionist informed me that was ok, but clearly without checking with the spa and on my arrival I was informed they had just the 60 minute slot.
