The staff was rude. The first room we were given had a very strong smell of smoke even though we were told that it was a non smoking building. We were asked to sign a very extensive form of possible violations including smoking and told violations would incur a fine. When I complained about the smell I was told I could change to a different building. Second room was much better. At 9pm I received a call from the rude and very unprofessional woman at the front desk stating that because we used he soap and pulled back the bedding we would have to pay a $25 usage fee to clean the room. I told her the room was not inhabitable anyway and that the fee was extortionate for a bar of soap. She rudely told me that that was the way it was and there was nothing she could do about it. I plan to refute the charge when it comes to my credit card. The sliding doors either had broken locks or did not open at all. Not sure if this is a violation or not. I definitely would not recommend this place!!! 0 stars!

The room I shared with 5 other adults was roomy and the beds were comfy. It was a nice open space that allowed us to be comfortable and share our evening in private.

The kitchen was not adequately stocked with glassware, the bathrooms were not adequately stocked with towels, etc. A Kuerig was supplied, but there were no coffee pods.
