Oyster Bay Inn & Suites

We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised to see the pretty view outside our window in the morning. Breakfast arrived hot and on time.

Nothing everything was bad.

We checked in and were greeted by a very kind lady at the front desk. She gave us our room key and we went to our room. When we entered, we immediately noticed a bad smell, and upon checking the beds, they looked like they had already been used. We reported this, and the front desk lady apologized and moved us to another room. The next room had issues with the bathroom drainage and the sink, but we decided to stay because it was already late and we had just come from a 12-hour trip. The following morning, we informed them about everything that had happened. We explained that we had a bad night and that we really did not want to stay any longer, especially since it was the most expensive hotel in the area and it was not in acceptable condition for the price we were being charged. The person at the front desk became upset and said that if we left a bad review, we had to leave immediately, take our belongings, and that we would not get a refund. Of course, we did not leave because we had not done anything wrong—we were simply trying to let them know that their services were not working properly. They also advertised a continental breakfast, which was not available at that time. We felt threatened, mistreated, and overall had a terrible experience. That is why I will never return to this place.

This is by far the best Bremerton has to offer at an affordable rate.

This hotel absolutely met our needs.

The view was amazing. Right by the water. There was a coffee maker and everything you need. Beds were comfortable.
