What I didn’t like was that there was no closet in the room and there was no place to hang hangers in the room

Good location
The room was 2hrs late from being ready. My key stopped working the 2nd day. I had to go and get a new one. There were buckets in the hallways collecting water from a leak in the main lobby. Lastly, there was no one at the lobby when I went to drop off my key, there was no one there.

When we first got there, the elevator was broken. When we got in our room our toilet seat was broken. We had no TV remote. The breakfast on Saturday was cold! They eggs tasted like water. The pillows weren’t good at all.
USFree coffee/tea and breakfast was okay.
The smell was pretty bad, like food cooking and bug spray mixed together. Outlets didn’t work. Hotel phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the front desk to ask a question. Pool was ice cold and it was like pulling teeth to get clean linens.
