Beautiful property, very clean rooms

Location was further away from restaurants & activites than I would’ve liked

Breakfast was amazing. Great selection and the Staff were super friendly. Room was clean and overall the beds were comfortable. The TV worked perfectly, and the room was very quiet. There was no issues with outside noise or noise in the hallways.

Check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We got to the desk around 4:15 to 4:30 and there wasn't a room ready. We were asked to take a seat in the lounge while the front desk awaited word the room had been inspected. Waited another 15-30 minutes with no one providing an update. I went up to the desk, had someone in front of me get the same type of room we were waiting for, and then received the room key. Would have appreciated being notified the room was ready (He already had the key ready at the desk) so we could have gotten to our room.

The brunch was excellent. Server we had was personal and friendly. She did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

We did not have a working iron in our room. I called for a.replacement but it never arrived.
