The room was nice and comfortable

Check in could have been handled better. 15 minutes before 4 after being on the road over 10 hours. Told room wasn't ready. I get that. Still could have gotten checked in. Instead we left and then had to wait in line again behind 2 others. Which I will say I beleive were also turned away since they seemed too be waiting outside. Humming noise in the hallway that keep us up all night. Told it was Havac unit that was not checked into When we reported. Nice place and if I could make sure not to be in or around 4304 I would probably stay again. Pool looked nice too cold to use. Breakfast and serving staff were excellent. Manager did work with us some after we spoke to the front desk a second time.
