"LArge comfy rooms, professional staff and great location for downtown Banff."

Large clean room. Great location close to Downtown Banff. The underground car park was convenient and welcome given the winter climate.

The hotel is being refurbished. Improvements so far are great and the hotel will improve even more when they are complete.

The convenience of the venue I needed to be at

HATED the booking process. Went through booking.com and also had to pay deposit to hotel to ensure room was confirmed. Why bother with booking.com?? Did not like how it was handled.

"Great family hotel at a great location. Would be back."

We loved the location and the breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. We liked the indoor pool and hot tub.

Dinner menu could be better. Indoor pool was too small for the size of the hotel.
