The customer service.

I felt that I paid too much for a hotel like that. Is a nice hotel but not to cost €330 a night. The facilities need to be updated, and they need a deep cleaning service. Breakfast was ok, nothing really exceptional. The room was regular size, but the bathroom is small. I had to walk side ways to go to he toilet.I am not going back because with that money I can get a really nice hotel.
