"Excellent"

The staff is amazing, especially the man at breakfast. The girl at the reception is also wonderful — she helped us carry our suitcases up to the 4th floor since there was no elevator.

Unfortunately, we only found out on the day of arrival that there was no elevator, and we were staying on the 4th floor. Also, one night we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage für ein Wochenende in Belgrad. Die Ausstattung ist okay, dass Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ganz klare Empfehlung

Görevliler son derece güler yüzlü. Odalar temiz ve çarşaflar havlular her gun değişiyor. Kahvaltisi gayet yeterli. Yeri cok guzel merkeze yürüyerek 15 dakika. Etrafinda da cok sayida lokanta var. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Belgrada tekrar gelirsek tek tercihimiz burasi olur.

Het personeel is heel lief en het ontbijt was erg goed. Kamers netjes schoon en de locatie was goed aan te lopen van het centrum

Tesis merkeze yürüyerek 10 dk etrafında marketler oldukça yaygın çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi

Asansör olmaması tek eksik onun dışında fiyat performans açısından çok memnun kaldık

"Ottima posizione e staff eccellente, qualche limite strutturale"

Il punto di forza assoluto di questa struttura è lo staff: cordiale, professionale e con un ottimo livello di inglese. Ci ha aiutato concretamente fin dall'arrivo, indicandoci quale taxi prendere e come orientarci in città — un supporto davvero apprezzato. La posizione è buona: circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, in una zona tranquilla e viva, con diversi locali dove cenare nelle vicinanze. La colazione è soddisfacente, anche se poco varia. La camera era pulita e confortevole.

Da considerare alcuni aspetti migliorabili: la struttura non dispone di ascensore e alcuni gradini sono particolarmente alti. Avendo la camera al quarto piano, salire le valigie è stato impegnativo — lo staff si è offerto di aiutarci, il che ha alleggerito la situazione. La camera era molto calda, il condizionatore è praticamente indispensabile soprattutto di notte. Il bagno è molto piccolo e senza finestra: l'areazione funziona, ma il pavimento restava bagnato e si sentiva un po' di odore stagnante.
