Exactly what it says in the name, budget, I did have an issue with the shower which went freeing cold then scalding hot all the time when Inwaa trying to shower.

Loved everything about our stay! Especially the staff! We felt so welcomed and cared for! Our room was fabulous - overlooking the river and we were able to walk around the city and along the waterfront with ease!

"Payment issues "

Was nearly scammed because of the breakfast fee. We ( my two children and me) had our breakfasts included in our hotel booking tickets, and as we were about to eat our breakfasts the receptionist at the hotel told us that we had not paid for the breakfasts.

Pleasantly surprised for what I paid. Needed a room for one night before heading back home. It’s very clean and neat and air con worked! The mattress is a bit hard otherwise nothing to complain about

The IBIS Budget in Warsaw was a great value near the City Center. There were no frills in the room -- but it was very clean and large in size, especially by European standards! The breakfast buffet was very good with hot and cold items. The front desk staff was helpful. I would like to give a loud shout out to Adam, a very enthusiastic young man who checked me in and chatted in English. Two days later, he remembered me and my room number - a first in my life! He deserves a raise for excellent customer service! 😄😄😄
